 Joleen made my first solo trip overseas a dream come true! Before I even booked my trip, she answered all of my questions with care and attention to detail. It is obvious from the first conversation with Joleen that she has years of experience planning, coordinating and implementing travel for folks.  Regarding hotels.... I had some ideas in mind of what type of hotels I wanted and the location and then I left it up to her to come up with suggestions that met my criteria.  Every hotel I ended up choosing was wonderful! The prize point, location and quality of hotels were "spot on". Joleen also took care of our transportation from one city to the next, (this was a two-week trip) which included trains and rental cars. She made all of the arrangements and then emailed me the tickets and information.  

My husband and I are seasoned travelers, but booking land travel has always been a chore for me...spending hours coordinating it all.  This was wonderful to have it all done for me! Even though I had some activities that I definitely wanted to do in Spain, Joleen also suggested other activities that I hadn't considered.
