My Fees
To get started planning your trip, we’ll schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation by phone or Zoom to discuss your travel style, must-haves, and any special requests.
For all new clients, I charge a $100 planning fee once we’ve agreed to work together. This fee allows me to dedicate the time, research, and expertise needed to create the very best travel experience for you.
After the consultation and once the fee is paid, I’ll begin the research and start crafting a customized itinerary just for you. We’ll review it together, make any adjustments you’d like, and shape it into a plan you’re truly excited about.
Once your trip deposit is made, I’ll continue to monitor your reservation, watch for supplier updates, and make sure you have everything you need along the way. When your final payment is complete, I’ll prepare your travel documents and send them about three to four weeks before departure. And while you’re traveling, I’m always just a message or call away if you need anything.
How do travel agents get paid?
Travel agents are typically paid by the travel suppliers such as cruise lines, hotels, and tour companies after a client completes their trip. These commissions are already built into the pricing, whether you book through an agent or on your own. And, because I have a relationship with many of these suppliers I can offer special promotions and amenities not available to the general public.
That means you receive my expert guidance, personalized service, and ongoing support at no additional cost. My planning fee simply covers the time, research, and customization that go into creating an itinerary tailored specifically for you.
If you choose not to book through me, the itinerary is still yours to use. Just keep in mind that pricing and availability can vary between agencies and online sites like Travelocity. When comparing, please ensure all details match exactly so the comparison is accurate.
